Annual General Meeting 2025

Notice is hereby given by the Management Committee that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Singapore Nightlife Business Association (SNBA), will be held on 26 March 2025, 5.00pm – 6.00pm at Here Kitty Kitty, 3E River Valley Rd, #02-01 E, Clarke Quay, Singapore 179024.

Agenda Items

(i) To receive President’s Report on behalf of the Management Committee for the year ended 31 December 2024;

(ii) To receive the Statement of Accounts of the Association for the year 2024;

(iii) To transact any other business in accordance with the Association’s Constitution

In accordance with Rule 12(b)(i) of the Association’s Constitution, each Ordinary Member of SNBA shall have one vote. Votes may be given either personally or by proxy. Proxies (Ordinary Members of the Association) shall be appointed in writing signed by the appointer and appointee. The appointment of the proxy shall be notified to the Secretary no later than 24 hours before the meeting.
